Switzerland is in SEPA, but CHF is not a SEPA currency

Swiss banks can make SEPA payments in euros, but a CHF transfer to LKR requires a conversion.

Gift tax depends on your canton

Switzerland has no federal gift tax applied on transfers abroad.

Do not assume every app used in Switzerland is FINMA-authorised or covered by Swiss deposit insurance.
