For a small weekday CHF-to-EUR transfer, my first choice would be Revolut Standard while its monthly exchange allowance is available.
Above that allowance, I would look at Wise or Telexoo, with b-sharpe particularly useful for its lower margins on six-figure conversions.
If the recipient needs cash or a Mastercard payout, Western Union and Swiss Bankers Send offer alternatives to bank-account delivery.

Wise
Wise clearly separates the mid-market exchange rate from its transfer fee.
The fee changes with the destination and payment method, so judge the recipient amount rather than carrying one percentage between currencies.
An automatic volume discount starts after CHF20,000 or equivalent sent during a calendar month, which can reduce the cost of later transfers.
That threshold rewards repeated or larger use, but it does not prove Wise beats b-sharpe or a negotiated broker quote.
The tables below show current Wise results for EUR, GBP and USD at CHF1,000 and CHF6,000.

Revolut
Revolut works well for weekday conversions within your Standard plan allowance.
Standard adds a 1% fee to exchange above that allowance and another 1% between Friday 17:00 and Sunday 18:00 Eastern Time.
Exchanging CHF2,000 during market hours with the full allowance available creates a CHF7.50 fair-usage fee before any transfer or bank charge.
Premium, Metal and Ultra remove these added exchange fees, but their subscription price belongs in the cost if remittances drive your plan choice.
EUR transfers through SEPA can avoid a bank-transfer fee, while SWIFT and intermediary charges can still apply elsewhere.
These tables let you compare the final Revolut quote across three destination currencies at both amounts.

b-sharpe
I'd use b-sharpe for six-figure currency conversions.
Its exchange margin ranges from 0.12% to 0.5%, depending on the currency pair and amount.
For CHF100,000 or more, the range narrows to 0.12% to 0.25%, roughly CHF120 to CHF250 of embedded conversion cost before outside charges.
That arithmetic makes the exact pair quote essential, because the upper end costs more than twice the lower end on the same amount.
The personal Swiss IBAN has no opening, management or subscription fee, while shared or correspondent charges can still reduce the benefit.
I would compare b-sharpe with Wise and a broker quote for six figures, then choose using the complete recipient amount.
Telexoo
Telexoo offers lower margins when converting at least CHF1,000 into your own euro account.
The margin is 1% below CHF1,000 and falls to 0.42% from CHF1,000 through CHF49,999.99.
That represents roughly CHF4.20 of conversion cost on CHF1,000 or CHF21 on CHF5,000, before sender-bank or third-party charges.
For recurring salary conversions, one CHF1,000 exchange can therefore carry a lower percentage margin than two CHF500 exchanges.
The margin falls again to 0.39% from CHF50,000, 0.35% from CHF100,000 and 0.25% from CHF250,000.
Fund Telexoo by bank transfer, since cash and post-office counter payments are not accepted and a counter-origin deposit attracts a CHF50 charge.
Register the bank accounts in your name, and use a broader transfer service if you need to pay somebody else directly.
Its own charges are included in the margin, but correspondent and sender-bank costs can still alter the final amount.
Currencies Direct
I would choose Currencies Direct for larger planned payments that need personal support.
Most transfers have no separate transfer fee, but the company earns through a variable exchange-rate margin that determines the real cost.
The confirmed rate is fixed provided you meet the agreed funding deadline, giving you certainty over that conversion rather than a guaranteed saving.
Intermediary or recipient banks can charge separately, so ask whether the quoted recipient amount already allows for those deductions.
When sending over CHF25,000, I’d suggest getting quotes from:
Currencies Direct
OFX
Regency FX
TorFX
Wise (they do large transfer discounts on CHF 22,000+)
Your bank
Then either go with the cheapest option, or use it to negotiate with other brokers (they will almost always match the rate or do give a better one).
The tables below show Currencies Direct results for EUR, GBP and USD at both comparison amounts.

Western Union
Western Union gives recipients cash access when the pickup quote is competitive.
It supports both bank and cash delivery on relevant routes, with Swiss Post providing an in-person Western Union option.
The transfer fee and exchange rate change with the amount, destination and recipient method, so use the final cash amount when comparing costs.
Cash convenience can cost more than a bank deposit, but a cheaper bank quote has little value when the recipient cannot use it.
Compare Western Union against another cash route only after matching the pickup location and funding method.
Check the online and Swiss Post branch prices separately, since the sending channel can change the cost of the same cash payout.
Swiss Bankers Send
Swiss Bankers Send supports Mastercard and wallet delivery from a funded prepaid card.
The transfer fee is CHF2 to a foreign Mastercard or CHF3 to a bank account, wallet or cash-pickup point.
Mastercard payments range from CHF1 to CHF2,500 depending on the destination, making this a smaller card-payout route rather than a large-transfer option.
An already loaded card usually avoids a new funding charge, although Travel or Prime can add its usual CHF, EUR or USD1 transaction fee.
Online-banking loads are free and usually take up to two working days, while a quick debit or credit-card load costs 1.5%.
On CHF1,000, that quick card load costs CHF15 before the CHF2 Mastercard transfer fee and exchange-rate cost.
I would use an existing balance or free bank load when timing allows, then compare the complete conversion with a bank-funded service.
Avoid paying for a second currency conversion
Sending CHF into a euro account can leave the receiving bank converting the money at its own rate.
Compare that complete cost with a service that converts CHF first and delivers EUR directly to the account.
An intermediate currency only helps when the final recipient amount is better after both conversions and all transfer charges.
Are Swiss banks cheaper than transfer services?
PostFinance charges CHF0 for an app or e-finance EUR SEPA payment, which can be useful when you already hold EUR.
If you begin with CHF, the conversion still has a cost, and sending CHF abroad can leave the recipient bank choosing the exchange rate.
Ordinary worldwide payments cost CHF2 with recipient deductions or generally CHF22 for full amount to the recipient bank.
The full-amount option costs CHF9 for GBP to the UK, while the recipient bank can still charge a separate account-credit fee.
Compare the bank's conversion and recipient amount with the specialist quote instead of judging the visible payment fee alone.
