Avoid a personal bank account or WhatsApp dealer offering a better rate outside a licensed branch.

The UAE's declaration rules for carrying cash across the border do not set a limit on an electronic transfer.

Your bank or exchange house can still set its own transaction limit and request additional documents.

If you send the same amount every month, complete the ID checks in the app or branch once and save the verified recipient.
