I suggest Wise when you want to authorise a foreign bank payment through your Dutch bank and also manage foreign income or travel money.
If you already use bunq, its integrated foreign-payment flow can keep the transfer beside your everyday banking.
For family support, Remitly and Taptap Send let you fund through iDEAL while choosing a receiving method your family can use.
My suggestion is to judge the app around what happens after that Dutch bank authorisation, from tracking the transfer to cash collection or wallet delivery abroad.

Wise
Wise lets you fund through your Dutch bank and keep foreign balances

Wise is my pick for repeat foreign bank payments when you also want receiving details and a balance for travel spending.
You can choose iDEAL to pay in euros from a Dutch bank account, authorise the payment through your bank and return to Wise.
That funds the order, while the recipient's arrival estimate remains a separate part of the transfer.
Saved recipients, document uploads and payment history keep repeat sending and verification together on your phone.
Eligible bank, card and available Wise-balance funding provide other options, with the method affecting the quoted cost.
The recipient can receive a bank payment without opening Wise, but cash collection is not available.
You can hold supported foreign currencies, receive through available account details and spend an available matching balance with the debit card.
I like its multi-currency account when foreign income and spending overlap, rather than converting money back to euros between every payment.
Wise uses the mid-market rate with a separate conversion fee, with no personal monthly subscription.
The physical card costs €7, while some receiving services and cash withdrawals have additional charges.
The €500 and €2,000 figures below put the funding cost beside the conversion rate for the receiving currencies.

If you already use bunq, you can arrange a supported foreign bank payment without moving into a separate remittance account.
From Home, choose Pay and the currency, enter the amount and recipient, then review and confirm the order.
You can use a euro account as the funding source, with the payment record showing progress and an arrival estimate.
Foreign accounts also let you hold and receive supported currencies, with AutoSelect choosing an available matching balance for card spending.
That makes its multi-currency account a fit when you want banking, foreign income and travel balances in the same app.
One-time foreign payments are available on Free, Core, Pro and Elite, with the route and amount determining the charge.
Pro includes five and Elite ten free one-time FX payments monthly, but those allowances exclude separately charged SWIFT payments.
Free has no monthly cost, while Core costs €3.99, Pro €9.99 and Elite €18.99 per month.
Foreign-balance conversion has a 0.5% network fee and an additional 0.15% to 0.5% at weekends, while other payment or receiving fees remain separate.
I suggest counting the plan and actual transfer charge together, rather than assuming that a paid allowance removes every overseas payment cost.

In my opinion, Revolut is worth considering when overseas transfers belong beside your virtual cards, spending controls and foreign travel balances.
You open and verify the account in the app, then fund it using an eligible bank or card payment.
Internal transfers to another Revolut user are instant and free, while an external bank recipient uses ordinary receiving details.
The account holds supported currencies and can spend from an available matching balance, reducing repeated conversion when you return to the same destination.
Those multi-currency account features suit regular travel, although holding a currency does not mean it has separate local receiving details.
Standard has no monthly subscription and a €1,000 rolling monthly exchange allowance, with a 1% fee on the excess.
The Standard weekend exchange fee is also 1%, and other qualifying conversions use the same allowance.
Revolut uses its own rate, with separate charges possible for non-SEPA international or card payments.
Paid plans increase allowances, but the subscription and your expected exchange use decide whether upgrading saves money.
Bank funding is free, while commercial or non-EEA cards and physical-card delivery can add charges.
These €500 and €2,000 examples show transfer quotes, with your own remaining allowance affecting the price of the conversion.
