Stax Payments, a global payments service provider, has partnered with PayPal to offer its customers a comprehensive solution for accepting online payments. Through this deal, eligible Stax customers are now able to accept digital payments with the Venmo, PayPal, and PayPal Pay Later options.

Stax - PayPal partnership

Through its partnership with PayPal, Stax customers will enjoy an array of benefits including an improved customer experience. Through the various availed payment options, customers can pay complete payments via their preferred mode. It will also entail a quick and seamless checkout process that allows one to make a purchase by simply clicking on a button.

At the same time, businesses using Stax will enjoy a frictionless payment experience and increased sales. For instance, the PayPal Pay Later option allows customers to make a purchase and pay in installments. The collaboration also means that PayPal’s over 430 million global accounts can make payments to the merchants using Stax Payments.

Stax’s chief technology officer, Chris Staymates stated, “Collaborating with PayPal, we can allow our customers to create a smoother shopping experience for their buyers, improving customer retention and ultimately increasing their bottom line”.

Stax is a payments service provider acknowledged by the likes of Fortune for being one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the US. Its offerings are currently available to over 22,000 businesses of different sizes.

Through its payment technology, businesses improve their customer experience and manage payments. Since its launch in 2014, the fintech company has expanded beyond the US and has powered transactions worth over $10 billion. In the Series D funding round held in March 2022, the company raised $245 million from three investors. The round placed its value at over $1 billion.
