Google Play Store | The PassTo app is rated an impressive 5 out of 5 on the Google Play Store, based on over 350 reviews at time of writing. However, the written reviews are mixed, with some praising the customer service and others not so impressed. People have also praised the quick transfer times and exchange rates, but many have said the app is not very user friendly. |
---|---|
Apple App Store | PassTo’s app is rated as 4.4 out of 5 on the Apple App Store, based on over 700 ratings at time of writing. The most recent reviews praise their exchange rates and the easy to use platform, but there is criticism of their customer service, and the length of time it takes to complete transfers in reality. |
Trustpilot | PassTo’s Trustpilot score is 4.6 out of 5 - rated excellent, based on 100 reviews at time of writing. Based on the written reviews, a lot of the positive feedback revolves around their easy to use app, exchange rates and customer service. There are frequent mentions of transferring money successfully to India. However, negative reviews criticise the lack of response received from the PassTo customer service team, and a lot of waiting around for transactions that were never completed. |
While there aren’t a lot of reviews - just over a thousand across all platforms - they are almost all positive. We give them a 9/10 on the sheer overwhelmingly good feedback received compared to negative reviews.
